Hey hippies. If you’ve been following me for awhile then you know I don’t ever tan in the sun. I did a whole blog post on my favorite sunscreen products you can check out here. I’m all about sunless tanning life. I don’t want wrinkles or sun spots when I’m older. So ya, I’m pretty vampire most of the time.
I recently got an organic spray tan at The Tannery in Newport Beach. The staff was so friendly and made me feel really comfortable. I do like to tan in the nude and I didn’t feel weird while I was getting sprayed. The Tannery also does sugaring which I’m pretty curious about trying. My tan developed into a beautiful bronzed color and I’m so happy with the results. No streaks at all! If you’d like more information on The Tannery check out their website here and their Instagram here.
Now since I had this beautiful tan and the weather has been amazing in Cali, I had to show off this glow. I went down to Crystal Cove State Beach in Newport Beach with The Tannery to do this fun, beachy inspired photoshoot. This beach is so cool! It’s in a very prestigious part of Orange County. We’re talking million dollar homes around and on this beach! I love watching all the Ferrari’s and Bentley’s drive down Pacific Coast Highway. Just something about this area inspires me to keep going after my dreams. I’ve always wanted to live near the beach, and one day I will! #goals
My first outfit is a classic California look, shorts, white bodysuit, sunnies and some flip flops. This bodysuit is perfect for a day out on the beach because it shows off just the right amount of skin. Paired with some faded denim shorts you got yourself that sexy, cool, Cali girl vibe. And how cute are these sunglasses?? Obsessed! The brand is Quay Australia and they’re one of my favorite pairs of sunnies. So perfect because The Tannery carries this brand. Score!

The next look was a little out of my comfort zone but I went for a risk and ended up really loving this outfit! I’m a huge fan of any pants that are high wasted. And the slit on the sides made them the perfect pants for a California beach day. Paired with this adorable ruffled crop top, soooo cute!
