We all love a good smokey eye and in order to achieve that, you need good blending brushes. I don’t see the need in having a million brushes to create one eye look, you really only need a few brushes. These are my favorite blending brushes to create any eye look.
From Left to Right:
Morphe M441 Pro Firm Blending Brush– This is the perfect brush for blending out your transition color. It has the perfect amount of fluffiness and firmness and it’s tapered shape fits perfectly in the crease of your eye. This is the first brush I use to start any eye look. You can’t beat the price either, only $5.99!
Morphe M433 Pro Firm Blending Fluff– This is the second brush I reach for to apply a deeper color into my crease. It’s tapered just enough to really blend your transition shade and your crease color together beautifully. This brush is a lot like the M.A.C. 217 brush but a lot cheaper! This brush is only $5.99
Luxie 231 Small Tapered Blending Brush– The bristles on this brush make it ideal for a more precise application. I like to use this brush if I really want to deepen up my eye look. The bristles are dense and really holds a lot of product. I also use this brush if I’m doing a dramatic cut crease eye look. I received this brush in my IPSY glam bag and have been obsessed with it ever since. I like how the brush is cruelty free and vegan! Price is $12.
Sonia Kashuk Synthetic Angles Eye Liner Brush #27– Perfect to apply eyeliner or blend out your eyeliner, I even use it for my eyebrows to fill them in with a brow powder. The bristles on this brush are firm and sturdy. I can create the perfect winged eyeliner with this brush. If I use a regular eyeliner to line my eyelids, I’ll use this brush to blend it out so it’s not so harsh. You can find Sonia Kashuk at Target, price is $9.99.
M.A.C. 219 Pencil Brush– The only brush I use to apply eye shadow to my lower lash line. It applies the color precisely and blends it out beautifully. Bristles are sturdy and hold a lot of product. I’ve tried other pencil brushes from other brands but this brush has held up for years for me! Price is $25.
What are your favorite blending brushes? Thanks for stopping by.
