Booooo!! I know, it’s January and this post is about Halloween. But guess what? I don’t care cause I love Halloween. I’m by no means a makeup artist, I just play around with makeup and special effects makeup because, well because it’s fun! Here are a few pictures of some looks I did this past Halloween.
I don’t know what I was doing here, but I was playing with some liquid latex, flesh wax, and fake blood and this is what I came up with! Pretty right? Pretty cool if you ask me.
I’m pretty proud of this skull that I did! It took me a couple of years to make a skull look somewhat ok. The teeth are the hardest part, just involves a lot of shading using different eye shadows. The eye sockets came out ok, but I thought a nice pair of aviators would give my skull an edgier vibe.
This look was inspired by the amazing Desi Perkins. She’s a super talented makeup artist. I call this my melting barbie. Put on a blonde wig, some super pink eye makeup and used Mehron 3-D gel effects to get the melting look. I love how it came out!
Voodoo queen! This look was so fun to do. I felt sexy but still scary at the same time. I used all eye shadows and eyeliners to create this look. Oh and fake blood, can’t forget the blood.
I literally did this look in 30 minutes. I was bored one night and just wanted to be a pumpkin.
Using liquid latex, flesh wax, fake blood, eye shadow and q-tips, I created this open hand wound. I thought it came out super cool and creepy.
Look into my eye! I was just doing my makeup one night for no reason and turned it into this!
And my last look I did was this gangster clown look. Inspired by the talented Chrisspy. This was a really easy but fun look. Threw on the blonde wig and a flannel, and boom! You’re a gangster clown.
I can’t wait till next Halloween. I already have tons of ideas for more Halloween looks! It’s so fun to dress up and just create something cool.
